Career

She began her career at the age of 4 in 1984, when she performed the main title for the children fantasy film Волшебное яблоко (The Magic Apple). Two years later she performed a famous at that time song "Аист на крыше" (A stork on the roof) on stage of the Uyghur Musical Comedy Theatre in Almaty. In 1993, she was already performing at the biggest stage of Almaty, the stage of the National Palace named after Lenin. 1996 was a break-through year for her, the beginning of her professional singing career.

She has released 4 albums with a 5th in the works. She also performs and tours extensively throughout Kazakhstan, Russia, Dubai and many European countries.

She has also played a supporting role in the big-budget, Kazakhstani epic film Nomad, alongside the Hollywood stars Jay Hernandez, Mark Dacascos and Kuno Becker.

In 2006 Hollywood Movie and Music Producer Patrick S. Cunningham wrote the Kazakhstan Embassy and invited her to America for the first time. It was then that Cunningham and business partner Leah King Executive produced all of Dilnz's U.S. music. In 2007, Dilnaz began recording her new U.S. album in Hollywood, California. Her album lineup, at this point, includes Grammy winning singer-songwriter-producers, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Patrick "Sleepy" Brown (TLC, Outkast, Usher) and Rob Lewis (Christina Aguilera, P Diddy), and even more high-power production names added daily.

In 2008, she re-recorded the song "Romeo & Juliet" performed originally by the late, Murat Nasyrov a beloved singer in Russia & Kazakhstan, with whom Dilnaz shared a close friendship. As a final gift, all the proceeds of the song went to help Murat's wife & family.

As a businesswoman

Dilnaz became the General Manager the "Embassy of Art" in 2008, a new, vibrant production center in the capital city of Kazakhstan, Astana. Geared toward helping models, artists, musicians, singers, producers, and anyone interested in the creative arts, it will stand as a beacon of hope to those talented individuals who come from far and wide to learn more on how to become successful in the entertainment business.
